In het Beatrixtheater, voor een publiek vol HR-professionals en changemakers, werd onze inzet voor professionele coaching op bijzondere wijze erkend. Namens de <strong data-start=\"556\" data-end=\"599\">Beroepscode voor Professionele Coaching<\/strong> stond <strong data-start=\"606\" data-end=\"625\">Marieke Jellema<\/strong> (voorzitter NOBCO) op het podium bij de <strong data-start=\"647\" data-end=\"672\">HR Changemaker Awards<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"677\" data-end=\"954\">Met trots kunnen we melden dat we in de <strong data-start=\"727\" data-end=\"736\">top 3<\/strong> zijn ge\u00ebindigd in de categorie <em data-start=\"768\" data-end=\"790\">Arbo en Vitaliteit<\/em> \u2013 een eervolle nominatie die onderstreept hoe belangrijk professionele coaching is voor het welzijn, de groei en duurzame inzetbaarheid van mensen in organisaties.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"956\" data-end=\"1299\">Deze waardering voelt als een krachtige bevestiging van ons werk. De Beroepscode is veel meer dan een richtlijn; het is een fundament voor kwaliteit, integriteit en vakmanschap in de coachpraktijk. Dat juist d\u00ede inzet wordt gezien en gewaardeerd in de HR-wereld, motiveert ons om verder te bouwen aan een sterke en professionele coachsector.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1301\" data-end=\"1496\">We willen <strong data-start=\"1311\" data-end=\"1334\">TopState Trainingen<\/strong> van harte feliciteren met het winnen van de award.
